Return Policy

Phoenix Metal Products accepts returns for defective or damaged products. Phoenix Metal Products will repair, replace or issue credit for the returned products.

RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorizations)

All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Phoenix Metal Products. Please contact Phoenix Metal Products at 516-546-4200 or via email to obtain the RMA number. The RMA number must be indicated on the packaging or packing slip with your shipment.

Products Damaged In Transit

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect their products upon receipt and to note damages or possible damages (torn packaging, etc.) with the carrier. For truck shipments this requires writing a note on the bill of lading, and for UPS shipments this involves having the driver electronically make a note on their handheld computer.  Please notify us immediately of the damages and retain the damaged packaging materials so that a claim can be filed with the carrier.

Defective Products

Phoenix Metal Products will repair, replace or provide credit for products with defects in materials or workmanship that occur within a reasonable time of purchase.
